Soldiers at War
Document Synopsys:This document, which was agreed upon by the four members of the High Command; Fleet Admiral Shady (First in command), Admiral Trylant (Second in Command), Vice Admiral Lubu (Third in command)is considered to be the Law that is to be implemented and followed by all members and recruits, including the High Command.
If there is any evidence that a sanctioned member of S.A.W. has broken these laws listed below; whether it is from a fellow clan member or a member of another clan. Then it is the responsibility of that person or persons to bring it to the attention of the High Command.
Let it be known that the true motives of this clan, is to create a balance of sportsmanship, integrity, and respect. Our honor is highly important, and to disavow these standards is to go against the founding principle of which is the foundation this clan is built upon.
Section One: Officers Code of Conduct:Article 1: Under no circumstances is it acceptable for any member to use vulgar language in game, where the public can see it. Insults based on race, religion, sexual orientation, and sexual harassment is not allowed. If a member of this clan is found guilty of these crimes, he or she is subject to the judgment of the high command. This may or may not include dishonorable discharge, stripping of rank, or any other consequence that the three see fit to implement.
Article 2: Any order that is handed down by a commanding officer is to be obeyed. Unless it violates the code of conduct, or any law stated in this article. We are not seeking members who follow orders blindly; it is your responsibly to read and understand these laws, and to make sound decisions in the interests of S.A.W. as a whole. If you have a problem with an order you have been given, it is your right as a member to request counsel of either all four of the High Command, or one.
Article 3: When dealing with other clans, you are to respect their rules of the server in which we inhabit. While wearing our tags you represent us. Any action you take that is considered to be aggressive by others, can potentially hurt our relations with other clans. Only the High Command has the authority to make such decisions. By breaking this article, you may be subject to discharge.
Article 4: Information that is deemed classified that any member of S.A.W. is privileged to be to stay with S.A.W. at all times. Any violation of this conduct will lead to an immediate dishonorable discharge of the clan, and you will be banned from all servers that S.A.W. maintains.
Article 5: “Double Claning” or being apart of more then one clan is not allowed. The only exception is authorizable only by the High Command. If you are apart of another clan, and neglect to be forth-coming with it, then you may be considered a spy. This might lead S.A.W. to declare war on this clan. See Section Three, Subsection A; article two.

Section Three: The Laws of S.A.W.What is written here is more then just Laws that all must obey, this sets the tone of the clan as a whole. In essence, this is an oath that we partaken to protect. It’s the identity that we make for ourselves. Trust is the most important thing this clan seeks to gain. Any deviation from these laws might as well lead to disbandment of this clan. So please read and understand what is dictated below.
1) S.A.W. will never mislead or fool another clan to serve the general interests of S.A.W. or its allies
2) S.A.W. will never condone hacking, cheating, manipulation of game files in any way shape or form.
3) S.A.W. will always adhere to the rules of servers that are not under control of S.A.W. This excludes servers run by clans we are at war with.
4) S.A.W. does NOT condone spy activity. And will never take part in any action that will lead to mistrust from one clan to another.
5) All members of S.A.W. will wear S.A.W. tags at all times. This excludes games that S.A.W. does not support. In this instance, that is left to the player’s discretion.
6) Any treaty signed by S.A.W., becomes S.A.W. law. This will be honored until the day we choose to break the treaty. This will require a 24 hour notice to the prospective clan.
7) All members will always show good sportsmanship at all times. Regardless of current relations to any clan.
Section Three Sub-Section A: Articles of WarWar is not something we declare on a whim. In fact it takes the following conditions listed below, and only these conditions. This is to ensure all clans that we are trust-worthy group of gamers that wish only to have the best gaming conditions for the community as a whole.
War will only be declared if:1) A clan is generally hostile towards us, or our allies. But only after negations have either failed or have been deemed worthless.
2) A clan has been believed to be engaged in spy activity against us.
3) A clan has signed a treaty and violated the terms of that treaty. This action does not mean that war is eminent; only possible.
4) A clan has misled us to serve their interests.
5) A clan consistently and openly harasses our members. Or in anyway make our members feel uncomfortable playing a game this clan supports.
6) If a treaty signed by this clan requires us to declare war on another clan. (However not without a justifiable reason, that must include one or more of the terms stated above.)
Ending Notes:
All three members in the high command of this clan have agreed to the terms above. And it is our oath to prospective members, and all members do swear to uphold what is above stated. For no member shall enter this clan without reading, and agreeing to what is here written.
